The introduction builder

The contact tool uses the name, email address, company name (when provided), selected interest and message that you enter to prepare an email draft in your own email application. It does not submit those details to a website database, store them in browser storage or send them automatically. Choosing the copy option places the prepared introduction on your clipboard.

When you send an enquiry

When you send an email, Ambideks Ventures receives your contact details and the content of the message. That information is used to respond, assess the opportunity you raise and manage any resulting business conversation. Share only information relevant to the enquiry; do not include passwords, trading credentials or sensitive personal records.

Purpose and basis

Business enquiries are handled for the legitimate interest of communicating with prospective partners and managing the business. Where an enquiry concerns steps you ask us to take towards a contract with you, those steps may form the basis for the relevant processing. Information is not used to make automated investment or partnership decisions about you.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for the period needed to deal with the enquiry and any ongoing business relationship. The purpose of the correspondence, the progress of the discussion and any applicable record-keeping or legal obligations determine that period. Contact us for information about a specific enquiry or to request deletion where applicable.

Website delivery and service providers

Hosting and email services are used to deliver the website and handle correspondence. Technical request information, such as an IP address, request time and browser details, may be processed to deliver pages and protect the service. This website does not include analytics tags, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. The contact tool does not save entries in browser storage.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction, and may object to processing where the relevant conditions apply.
